Wheeled-Legged Quadruped Robot

Intelligent equipment for detecting basic performance of legs

Product Overview

This equipment is the world's first dedicated test platform for humanoid robot legs, developed in accordance with GB/T 44251-2024 "Legged Robots — Performance and Test Methods." Its core value lies in translating the newly promulgated national standard into an executable test solution, providing a quantitative benchmark for basic locomotion capabilities such as "jumping, running, and stopping" of the legs.

Technical highlights: Based on the standard requirements, the equipment synchronously collects force and motion data on rigid flat ground, achieving precise capture of the legs' dynamic performance. The standard is administered by the National Technical Committee on Robotics of Standardization Administration of China, with participation from institutions including Zhejiang Lab and Unitree Robotics in its drafting, providing authoritative basis for testing.

Test functions: Covering three fundamental capabilities — jumping ability (explosive force and landing cushioning), running ability (gait frequency, flight phase control, joint response speed), and stopping ability (braking stability and posture maintenance). Through quantitative evaluation of core indicators such as output force, joint torque, and pose accuracy, it helps identify shortcomings in motor selection, control algorithms, and other design aspects.
