Typical commercial vehicle applications in the on-road segment are highway trucks, city buses, distribution trucks, and municipality waste collection vehicles.

 

Each of these applications have their own typical duty cycles and demand customised ATS design, impacting the selection of individual components, catalyst coatings etc.

Off-road

Typical applications in the off-road segment are tractors, harvesters and construction equipment. The challenges associated with off-road applications are customization of ATS packaging & housing of a particular engine as per the multiple applications at limited available space. Apart from this, there are different regulatory requirements for engines of different power ratings.

OEM TIER 1 AND TIER 2 SOLUTIONS

emissions reduction technologies offer marine vessel and stationary power manufacturers and operators’ full compliance to legislative standards, such as such as, IMO Tier III, EU Stage V Inland Waterways, ULEV and EPA Tier IV regulations, covering both inland and sea going vessels.

 

Our flexible, modular, and scalable marine exhaust aftertreatment systems (EATS) for high and medium speed engines (from 156kW to 10MW) provide you with a solution to reduce lead times and costs.

UPGRADING MARINE APPLICATIONS

There are two main options in delivering an EATS to suit different vessel types. Either select a product from our standard range to suit the engine power output or alternatively, we can develop a solution specific to your project requirements, from concept development to full manufacture. We will carry out engineering evaluation, modelling, prototyping, validation, and verification in our 7,000m2 facility in the UK.

 

Our research and development into new technologies to support dual and alternative fuel is hugely significant in supporting the marine sector on its continued journey to reduce emissions.

TIER 1 AND TIER 2 SOLUTIONS

If you require combined particulate matter (PM) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) reduction our expert engineering capabilities means we can develop, test, manufacture and supply your EATS to meet the latest global emissions standards. Therefore, providing a solution to suit your project including those where space is minimal or restricted.

POWER GENERATION UPGRADE

Has a range of exhaust aftertreatment systems (EATS) to meet the latest emissions legislation of diesel and gas powered gensets, up to 10MW and holds the required approvals to retrofit gensets from 40kW to 560kW, as accredited by the Energy Savings Trust in the UK. Our experience and capabilities offer cost effective genset EATS to upgrade equipment to the latest emissions standards including Stage V and the Medium Combustion Plant Directive (MCPD); whilst extending the service life and providing an alternative to buying a new generator.
